Hardwick (Static)

From Tardis Wiki, the free Doctor Who reference

Captain Hardwick was an officer in the British Army during World War II and was in charge of the operations at Abbey Marston, answering directly to Winston Churchill.

After giving the Sixth Doctor and Constance Clarke a tour of the abbey, Captain Hardwick ordered Flying Officer Percy Till to be found and, if necessary, shot. He tried to keep the Static out of the building and told the Doctor that Constance was dead. Following the Static's defeat, he told the Doctor that he would only stop the project if Churchill told him to. (AUDIO: Static)
