Hanna-Barbera

Hanna-Barbera studios were the producers of Scooby-Doo. Jack Harkness believed that Scooby-Doo and the Reluctant Werewolf marked an absolute low in the output of the Hanna-Barbera studios. (PROSE: Slow Decay)
