William Emms (29 January 1930-May 1993[1]) wrote the Doctor Who television story Galaxy 4, its novelisation and the Find Your Fate children's book Mission to Venus. Emms was supposed to write a second story entitled The Imps for Season 4, however he fell ill and was unable to complete it.
