(It is very clear that by both sources that the character is Bradley Walsh. Splitting both characters who are both intended to be Bradley Walsh because the source doesn't make a explicit connection is absolutely ridiculous, and counterproductive to the very purpose of the Wiki. Think of the man with the goatee analogy - if a character with a black goatee and maniacal behaviour appears in a Third Doctor story, it is assumed that it the Delgado Master.
