Arnold Chazen (26 July 1931-19 May 2002[1]) played John Stacey in the Doctor Who television story The Moonbase. He was also an uncredited extra in Spearhead from Space. (DWM 181)

He was the father of Debbie Chazen, who appeared in Voyage of the Damned.
