The Ruby's Curse was a book published as part of The Melody Malone Mysteries in the early 2020s. Originally conceived as the third book in the series, it’s release was delayed by almost a century when extensive rewrites led to it changing from a work of fiction to an account of true events.

This was the third and final Melody Malone book penned by River Song, with all further entrants to the series written by her mother, Amelia Williams. (PROSE: The Ruby's Curse)
