There is no evidence to support the statement that it celebrated the return of the two stolen Dalek props and makes no sense in the context of the programme in which it appeared (Vision On), whose theme for that edition - broadcast on 29th January 1974 - was triangles. The Dance of the Daleks was a pre-filmed section of a January 1974 edition of Vision On whose theme was triangles.
Plot
In a lush park, one Dalek is joined by two others, and then three more, as they break out in a celebratory "dance routine" which ends (of course) in joyful gunstick fire!
