In the year 200,001, Cathica Santini Khadeni destroyed the Jagrafess, controller of Satellite Five and ruler of the Fourth Great and Bountiful Human Empire. (TV: The Long Game, Bad Wolf) This led directly to the collapse of the Empire's economy and the Dalek Emperor secretly becoming the Empire's new ruler, which was realised by the Ninth Doctor when he returned one hundred years later.
