Bikugih was a city-state on Venus around 3 billion BC. During the First Doctor's visit for Dharkhig's funeral, the city was ruled by Presidor Jofghil of the Night Council. The city contained roads, one of which was Brehigu Street. (PROSE: Venusian Lullaby)
