A Weeping Angel was found in a field in the village of Medderton in 1967.

When Yasmin Khan and Dan Lewis went out to look for Peggy, a little girl that had gone missing, they saw the Angel in the distance, with Dan at first mistaking it for a scarecrow.

As they kept blinking it got closer and closer until it caught up to them, managing to turn off their torches. As Dan furiously tried hitting his light to turn on, it eventually blinded them and the Angel attacked them, placing them in 1901. (TV: Village of the Angels)
