During the Last Great Time War, sometime after Davros was extracted from the Time War by Dalek Caan during a battle with the Nightmare Child, (PROSE: The Third Wise Man) the Daleks, in an operation led by the Dalek Time Strategist, began exploiting multidimensional temporal irregularities (AUDIO: The Famished Lands) to find an alternate universe version of Davros to assist them in the Time War, as by this point, the Dalek Empire was losing the War. (AUDIO: Palindrome) The Sixth Tamasan learnt of this and informed the Eighth Doctor, after he contacted the Time Lords from his TARDIS and attempted to get them to protect the Seas of Nemasine from the aftereffects of the fighting occurring in the Time War.
