In this parallel universe, Skaro was a peaceful planet where Kaleds and Thals lived together side by side. According to legends, the Time Lords attempted to wipe out the Kaleds when they were a nascent species but had been annihilated by an alliance of Kaleds and Thals. Davros married a Thal, Charn, and together they created a dimensional portal. (AUDIO: Palindrome)
After the Valeyard erased the Daleks from existence during the Last Great Time War, (AUDIO: The War Valeyard) the Dalek Time Strategist escaped to this universe, pursued by the Eighth Doctor and Bliss. Despite their efforts, the Strategist was able to convince Davros to recreate the Daleks by using the portal to merge the Kaleds with echoes of their alternative selves, turning them into Daleks. Davros himself began to merge with his counterparts, becoming the "ultimate Davros" similar in personality to his counterpart in the Doctor's universe. With the Daleks reborn, the Doctor and Bliss fled this universe to warn their Time Lords of the Daleks' resurrection. (AUDIO: Palindrome)
