Bernard Holley (9 August 1940-22 November 2021[1]) has played several Doctor Who roles. He has the rare distinction of reprising both of his television guest characters in Big Finish audio dramas: Peter Haydon and Axos.

He shared his memories on his Doctor Who career on the documentaries The Lost Giants and Axos Stations, as well as the 41st edition of Big Finish's charity podcast series Toby Hadoke's Who's Round.

He also contributed to the charity reference book Behind the Sofa: Celebrity Memories of Doctor Who.

Career

He is best known for playing PC Newcombe in the police drama Z-Cars.
