Malcolm Tierney (25 February 1938-18 February 2014[1]) played Doland in the Doctor Who tlevision story Terror of the Vervoids, Gantha in the Big Finish Doctor Who audio story 1001 Nights, and Miaxa in My Brother's Keeper.
He was previously considered for the roles of Persuasion in Four to Doomsday (TCH 34) and Scobie, Bilton and Sheard in Time-Flight. (TCH 35)
