Horl was a being that the First Doctor, Susan Foreman, Barbara Wright and Ian Chesterton met on Tick-Tock World. She believed that she was in her religion's version of purgatory. She thought that Ian and Barbara were a couple. She called the Xesto a devourer. She helped in Susan's plan to reunite the TARDIS. (AUDIO: Tick-Tock World)
