William Emms (29 January 1930-May 1993[1]) wrote the Doctor Who television story Galaxy 4, its novelisation, and the Find Your Fate children's book Mission to Venus.
Emms was supposed to write a story for Season 4 entitled The Imps, but he fell ill and was unable to complete it.
An archive interview wih William was featured in the documentary The Trouble with Chumblies.
