The Third Cyberwar was a conflict between the Cybermen and an expanding human empire. During the early years of the war, Cyberiad-type Cybermen sent hundreds of Cyber Legion Cybermats to attack Space Station Hamlyn. However, the Cybermats were all lured to defeat by the Second Doctor, using his recorder. (COMIC: The Scruffy Piper)
