Lord Romanadvoratrelundar was an incarnation of Romana following Romana II who became involved in "Operation Time Fracture". In contrast to their female-presenting predecessors, this Romana used they/them pronouns.
Romana was a Cardinal for the Prydonian Chapter near the end of the Last Great Time War and participated in a debate of the High Council over whether to fully resurrect Rassilon, a motion they opposed. They also hoped to expell Zoria from the Prydonian Chapter for her many crimes.
UNIT had a "field log on this Romana. UNIT believed that they had perished in the Time War, but thought that there was a possibility they survived, and hoped they could become a "powerful ally in the completion of Operation Time Fracture" if so. (NOTVALID: Time Fracture)
Behind the scenes
This incarnation of Romana, played by Liv Spencer,[1] was original to Time Fracture, an interactive Doctor Who stage play created as part of the Time Lord Victorious event, which is not considered a valid source on this Wiki.
They are not given an incarnation number in the narrative, but Spencer made a Twitter post suggesting they are intended to come directly after Lalla Ward's Romana II,[2] making this Romana yet another "Romana III", distinct from the version seen in the BBC Eighth Doctor Adventures and the one played by Juliet Landau in Big Finish audio dramas.
