- You may be looking for Lord Chelmsford or Chelmsford 123.
By 123 AD, Chelmsford was a location in Britain that the Romans employed governors for. This was a role that many Romans disliked, with Marcus Sulpicus "looking miserable" at one point because he'd "heard he's been tipped as next governor of Britain". Later, Aulus Paulinus was chosen for this role instead, as punishment for being 'rude' to the Emperor's beloved Portia. He was then sent to Chelmsford with Grasientus.
Residents of Chelmsford in 123 included Badvoc, Mungo, Ancrom, Blag, and various other Britons. It was common for Britons to murder Romans with daggers and swords, although after Blag had seemingly killed a Roman, Badvoc stated that "If we went round stabbing Romans whenever we felt like it, there'd be no Romans left! ...To stab, whenever we felt like it". (TV: Arrivederci Roma)
By 2020, Chelmsford was part of Essex. It was located to the south-east of Cambridge and to the north-east of London. East of Chelmsford was Maldon, to the south was Basildon and to the south-west was Brentwood.
Yasmin Khan called her sister from a telephone box south-west of Chelmsford in order to lure VOR forces to her location. (TV: Spyfall)
