A Weeping Angel ran The Dead Ringer in Angel, London.
Her super fast work speed helped to make the bar popular, but she eventually found it hard to work due to all of the punters observing her as she did, which caused her to send them a few hours back in time and outside of the bar so she could catch up. The Tenth Doctor remedied this, by finding a way for her to work without being seen. (COMIC: The Dead Ringer)
