Bill Turnbull was a BBC journalist and presenter of BBC Breakfast. He and Sian Williams interviewed Charles Dickens about his new Christmas special. (TV: The Wedding of River Song)

Bill Turnball (25 January 1956-31 August 2022[1]) was one of a number of celebrities to appear as a version of themselves in Doctor Who. He also appeared as himself, alongside Doctor Who elements, in the 2011 BBC Christmas ident.
