This is a sandbox for documenting various crossovers with the DWU, both official and unofficial on both ends. This will include parodies and homages, and will be sorted alphabetically. For simplicity's sake, "Doctor Who" generally means "Doctor Who universe". This page, due to the immense size of the task, is naturally unfinished.
Blackadder
Unofficial crossovers (from Doctor Who)
- Tom Baker stars in John Lloyd's lost Doctor Who adventure, The Doomsday Contract (Blackadder is presented out-of-universe)
Notes
In Blackadder: Back & Forth, a new Blackadder is introduced who travels through time in a box-shaped machine, possible as a homage to the TARDIS.
Care Bears
Official crossovers
Coronation Street
Official crossovers
Despicable Me/Minions
Official crossovers
E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial

- And You Will Obey Me (E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial is presented out-of-universe)
Notes
Aliens of London features a banner reading "ELLO E.T.", but it's unclear if this was a reference to the character, or just generally to extra-terrestrials.
EastEnders

- Dimensions in Time
- Doctor Who? #146 (EastEnders is presented out-of-universe; Doctor Who is presented both in-universe and out-of-universe)
- Army of Ghosts (EastEnders is presented out-of-universe)
- Dermot and the Doctor
The Flintstones

- LEGO Dimensions (Shrek content was cancelled)
Unofficial crossovers (from Doctor Who)
- Dead Man Walking (Shrek is presented out-of-universe)
Notes
A short was released to YouTube titled "Shrek's Doctor...Who?", although this is likely not a reference to Doctor Who.
Sonic the Hedgehog
Official crossovers
Unofficial crossovers (from Doctor Who)
- Conundrum (Sonic the Hedgehog is presented out-of-universe)
- All-Consuming Fire (Sonic the Hedgehog is presented out-of-universe)
- Business Unusual (Sonic the Hedgehog is presented out-of-universe)
- Winner Takes All (Sonic the Hedgehog is presented out-of-universe)
Unofficial crossovers (from Sonic the Hedgehog)
- IDW Sonic the Hedgehog (Doctor Who is presented out-of-universe; more specific information is needed)
Notes
The Legacy story Sonic Adventure shares its name with the 1998 Dreamcast game, a possible nod to the series.
