Presentism was a religious and ideological opposition to the ideas of past and future. Presentists rejected these speculative times in favour of the present.

In 7213 the Eleventh Doctor incurred the wrath of a Presentist cult, who chased the time traveller and Rory Williams back to the TARDIS. (COMIC: The Doctor and the Nurse)
