Biography[[edit] | [edit source]]

When WOTAN constructed War Machines in London in July of that year, the man spotted the second machine on a street.

He managed to get to a telephone box and call the police to warn them about the machine, but the machine saw him.

The man's last words were "It's out there now. It's seen me!" before the machine opened fire on the booth, killing him. (TV: The War Machines)
