John Franklyn-Robbins (14 December 1924-21 March 2009[1]) played the Time Lord messenger, conflictingly identified later as both Ferain and Valyes, in the Doctor Who television story Genesis of the Daleks.

His character was conflictingly later identified as Ferain, Valyes, and Deliavatsud.
