Hok Nepo was an actor native to Anhaut.
Biography
Nepo was hired by Glax to star in a movie version of the Dalek invasion of his world, which had taken eight hundred years earlier, in which he would play General Nor-Din.
When real Daleks invaded Anhaut, he narrowly escaped being exterminated and fled with Glax to the desert of Vaksh to learn how Nor-Din had defeated them. After Kuay used Nor-Din's telepathic weapon against the Daleks, Nepo said he never wanted to see another Dalek. (COMIC: The Return of the Daleks)
