You may be looking for other individuals called Gabriel.

Clarence (previously known as R-Vene, !C-Mel and Gabriel) was God's representative in Mutter's Spiral.

Biography

R-Vene

R-Vene was a Travelling Space Habitat. It murdered 200,000 sentient individuals when it destroyed Omicron 378 and asked to be disassembled after it developed combat psychosis following the death of two members of its crew. It was rebuilt and given a new identity as !C-Mel to help it recover from its trauma. (PROSE: The Also People)

!C-Mel

This section's awfully stubby.

Info from The Also People needs to be added

Clarence

For much of his life he couldn't remember the specifics since his memories had been erased, though he did know that it involved the Seventh Doctor; he was force-grown a body (by God from human cells) with the appearance of an anthropomorphic angel. (PROSE: The Also People, PROSE: Walking to Babylon) He was named Gabriel by God, but Bernice Summerfield, upon meeting him, decided that "Clarence" suited him better. (PROSE: Ghost Devices)

Clarence was God's representative in the Milky Way as he hadn't registered as a member of the People, and therefore his presence as a monitor/spy did not break the Time Lord-People treaty. (PROSE: Ghost Devices)

Clarence gave Benny a holocube containing a recording of one of Edward Watkinson's lectures on God's instructions and informed her and Braxiatel that God believed that the two of them would be key players in the war to come. He joined the expedition to KS-159 and was told by the Oracle of the Lost that he was once !C-Mel, but that who he would become in the future would be more important. He looked out for Benny after her brain affliction was discovered and watched the J-Kibb as it crashed on Dellah with the Paracletes parasite isolated inside. (PROSE: Tears of the Oracle)

When Benny announced that she would be leaving the Braxiatel Collection to visit Virabilis, Clarence was, like Braxiatel, Jason and Cwej, afraid that she would enjoy her time away so much that she would not return. Clarence and Jason travelled to Virabilis ahead of her to ensure that her trip would be uneventful and tried to keep her safe after she was hired by Jericko Klench to recover Dorpfeld's Prism. When Jason and Rula Winther fell from a balcony, Clarence saved Jason and the Prism and was later tasked by Braxiatel with destroying it. (PROSE: The Joy Device)

Clarence agreed to help save Dellahan space from the Doomsday Probe and recover Teran Sevic from Dellah to help end the war on Vremnya. Unable to touch the transference node due to their allegiances, Clarence and Cwej went to find Sevic in Tashwari whilst Benny and Jason worked to transport the planet into the Ferutu's universe. He engaged Mor'yuchi in a swordfight and protected Palma Taaba from the Ferutu, but they forced his body to regress to the !C-Mel before being destroyed, killing him. (PROSE: Twilight of the Gods)

Legacy

On Vremnya, Benny and Cwej toasted to the memory of Clarence and Roz Forrester. (PROSE: Twilight of the Gods)

Appearance

In the form of an angel, Clarence had dark hair, chiselled good looks and wings of swan's feathers. (PROSE: Where Angels Fear) He generally did not wear clothes. Benny thought that he resembled Keanu Reeves and that he had impressive genitalia. (PROSE: Ghost Devices)

Personality

Clarence found a certain show that ran for thirty-odd years to be obvious and predictable. (PROSE: Twilight of the Gods)
