J-Kibb was a People Ship who spied on Bernice Summerfield, inhabiting a drone and calling himself "Joseph".

J-Kibb was an artificially intelligent mind in the form of a Ship used by the People. As God knew that Bernice Summerfield and Irving Braxiatel would be important players in the anticipated war between the People and the Time Lords, he sent J-Kibb to inhabit a drone and pretend to be a porter at St Oscar's University, using the name "Joseph". J-Kibb died when a creature inhabited the drone and God isolated the Ship, cutting off the network links and trapping the creature inside of the drone to die. J-Kibb's ship went on a collision course towards Dellah, breaking apart as it entered the atmosphere, and smashed into the planet's surface. Mor'yuchi examined the J-Kibb and learnt of the existence of the People, whom he hoped to enter into diplomatic relations with after taking over Dellah. (PROSE: Twilight of the Gods)
