Sometime prior to 2005, the Ninth Doctor scribbled in the margins of "definitive" works on the creation of the universe in the British Library Cosmology Section while tutting and laughing. The Doctor quickly left after a Librarian asked the Doctor for identification. (PROSE: Have You Seen This Man?)
