Frankie Seneca was a singer, and a member of the Wolf Pack. In 1963 he performed frequently with his pack-members Dino Martinelli and Solly Dancer at the Sands Hotel in Las Vegas. (COMIC: Gangland)

Frankie Seneca is essentially a parody of the real-life Frank Sinatra, having a similar name and looking almost identical. Further, the Wolf Pack and its other members are a fictionalised version of the real-life Rat Pack and its members.
