Solly Dancer was a singer, and a member of the Wolf Pack. In 1963 he performed frequently with his pack-members Frankie Seneca and Dino Martinelli at the Sands Hotel in Las Vegas. (COMIC: Gangland)

Solly Dancer is essentially a parody of the real-life Sammy Davis, Jr., with the two having similar names and appearances. Further, the Wolf Pack and its other members can be seen as a fictionalised version of the real-life Rat Pack and its members, with Frankie Seneca most obviously representing Frank Sinatra, and Dino Martinelli standing in for Dean Martin.
