Kev Hopgood (born 25 August 1961[1]) is a multi-faceted comic creator who worked in the DWU only as a penciller. He drew several early Seventh Doctor comic strips and then returned, many years later, to draw the IDW Publishing Prisoners of Time comic story Cat and Mouse in 2013.
