Mekhi Phifer portrayed Rex Matheson in Torchwood: Miracle Day.
Outside his work in the DWU, he starred on ER alongside Alex Kingston. He also starred as FBI Agent Benjamin Reynolds (in contrast to his CIA role) on the American television series Lie to Me.
