Maxie Smart was an "extra special secret agent" who was featured in a TV 21 comic surrounding his "hilarious adventures". He was photographed by TV 21 while wearing "the latest in spy braces". (PROSE: Time Barrier Busted)
It was incorrect to state that Maxie Smart worked for KAOS. (PROSE: Agents' Merit Award Test 3) Rather, Smart was, along with 99, held captive by K.A.O.S. agent Ivor Rakoff. (PROSE: Agents Observation Test)
