The Terrace was a dining area located on the upper floor of a Liverpool shopping centre. Both Wagamama and Smoke & Dough were located on the Terrace.

On 5 December 2021, during the 2021 Sontaran invasion of Earth, Sontaran troops could be seen in the vicinity of the Terrace. (TV: The Vanquishers)

Though it's possible that a real world location doesn't exist in the same geographic space in the Doctor Who universe, such cases are few and far between. Thus, the map to the right is probably a good indicator of the DWU location of The Terrace.
