Farewell (webcast) as the title card in the video clearly says Farewell.
Talk about it here.
Farewell was the name in the titlecard of the second in the Reconstructions series. The DVD menu called it Farewell to Susan. Rather than playing the actors, this story saw them play the characters. Thus David Bradley is playing the First Doctor and not William Hartnell.
