The Mysterious Ticking Noise was a clip that was on a videotape that Ross Lee found in the BBC Television Centre rubbish tip. It involved The Potter Puppet Pals, hand puppet versions of Harry Potter characters, chanting in tune to an enigmatic ticking sound that turned out to be coming from a pipe bomb, that soon detonated.
