Congressman Patrick Morganthall was a congressman who represented PhiCorp, over broadcast, during a seminar for medical professionals.
During the Miracle in 2011, he outlined his plans to introduce legislation to make all prescription drugs, including painkillers and antibiotics, available unprescribed. (TV: Dead of Night)
