Walter Frank Randall (26 June 1929-5 May 2006[1]) had several roles in Doctor Who. He also appeared as Tonila in Making Cocoa and was interviewed in the documentary Remembering The Aztecs.

He ran a restaurant with Jon Pertwee for five years in the 1970s. (DWM 220)
