Sapphire, along with Steel, attended Bonjaxx's birthday party at Maruthea. They sat between Shayde and Worf. An open box was on the table in front of them. (COMIC: Party Animals)
Behind the scenes
- From 2005 to 2008, Big Finish Productions produced a series of Sapphire & Steel audio plays, starring Susannah Harker and David Warner in the title roles.
- David Collings was the only actor to reprise his role
- Joanna Lumley played Sapphire, David McCallum played Steel and David Collings played Silver.

Continuity
Due to Sapphire, John Steed and Emma Peel all appearing in Party Animals, This means that both Sapphire and Purdey (The New Avengers) Exist within the Doctor Who universe.
