H. P. Wilson was the chief electrical officer for Henrik's department store. Rose Tyler was to deliver the lottery money to him but she came under attack from the Autons and fled with the Doctor. The Doctor later told her Wilson was dead. (DW: Rose) Wilson holds the distinction of being the first character to be named in the 2005 Series Revival, despite never being seen onscreen.
