Julian Rhind-Tutt (born 20 July 1968[1]) played Lexhan & Echolocation Operator in the BBC Radio drama The Paradise of Death, Vince Cosmos in the Bafflegab Productions audio story Vince Cosmos: Glam Rock Detective and Berkhoff in the Tales from New Earth audio story The Skies of New Earth.
