The Torchwood emergency hologram was a holographic construct that resided in the destroyed Torchwood Three Hub.

Biography

Activated when Vijay Meghani, Diana Lopez and Bryn Popkin began exploring the building, the hologram took Ianto Jones's form and sealed the building in the hopes of recruiting the trio to Torchwood. Bilis Manger, however, had infiltrated said Hub in order to destroy artefacts that could save Torchwood in the future. Recruiting Vijay to Torchwood, the hologram appeared exclusively to him.
