Bilis Manger gave Vijay Meghani a blanket which he claimed was a survival shroud capable of protecting what it enveloped from radiation and gave him the choice between saving himself or Torchwood's alien artefacts. Vijay and the Torchwood emergency hologram realised the deception just before the Hub was hit with Rift scar energy. (AUDIO: Cuckoo)
