Biography

Scampi was conceived after Panda took Soo to a restaurant in Paris '62. After twenty weeks, relative to Soo's home time period of the latter half of the 20th century, he was born, and Soo told Matthew Corbett, informing him she was naming her child after the meal they shared — scampi — although Matthew had been worried that they had eaten something like Peking Duck which would have been embarrassing for the child.
