Biography
Upon first seeing the Meep, Mrs Higgins asked Fudge if he got him from the pet shop and showed little interest when he told her that the Meep was actually from another galaxy: "Oh, that's nice, dear."
She was only concerned about what the neighbours would think when the Fourth Doctor told her that there were aliens at the bottom of her garden, and offered the Wrarth Warriors tea and cake after they held her and Fudge captive. (COMIC: Doctor Who and the Star Beast)
