Yasmin Finney (born 30 August 2003[1]) is a transgender English actress who portrayed Rose Noble[3] in the Doctor Who 60th anniversary specials The Star Beast and The Giggle. She is known for her role as Elle from the Netflix TV show Heartstopper.
