The Ninth Corsair was the final incarnation of the Renegade Time Lord known as the Corsair. He was often described as being a "strapping big fellow".
Biography
The final incarnation of the Corsair visited the Supreme Leader to collect the feather left behind by his Parrot companion. He also collected a reward for supplying information on the mysterious woman and bird whom had escaped the Supreme Leader (in actuality one of his own past incarnations).
