Animal Magic was a BBC educational children's television series which ran from 1962 to 1983.
One 1979 episode, released on Bluray as simply Animal Magic in the Season 17 set of The Collection, was hosted by the Fourth Doctor, played by the then-incumbent Tom Baker.
