Legacy

In early March 2005, Arnold Bocklin wrote to the conspiracy website Doctor Who?, mentioning Tony Wilson of his account of the homeless man who resembled the Ninth Doctor. (PROSE: Have You Seen This Man? [+]Loading...["Have You Seen This Man? (short story)"])
